From setup to celebration, you'll be part of every magical moment. Here's how the day unfolds and where your energy and enthusiasm make all the difference:

Arrive & Gear Up
Check in at 9:00 AM and grab your exclusive Bike Reveal Volunteer Shirt (sizes available first come, first served). You'll meet fellow volunteers and get your assignment for the day.

Help Set the Stage
Work alongside our energetic team to unload 423 bikes from semi-trucks and carefully arrange them under giant tarps. The anticipation builds as we prepare for the big moment!

The Big Reveal!
At 10:00 AM, the entire school comes outside. Together, we pull the tarps to unveil hundreds of gleaming bikes! Santa joins the celebration, our DJ pumps up the energy, and pure joy fills the air.

Celebrate & Support
Help pre-selected children take commemorative photos and experience riding their brand-new bikes for the very first time. Then assist proud parents as they check out their child's bike.

Stay & Share the Joy
Volunteers serve in flexible shifts throughout the day, helping families until about 6:00 PM as bikes are checked out and stored for later pickup. Every moment matters!
